Every employee is a sweetheart! Check in super easy, the 2 girls behind the counter were very approachable and were all smiles. I saw their interaction with other guests and it was probably the best customer service I seen at a hotel in awhile I get nervous traveling alone but i felt very comfortable here. The housekeeper was very sweet as well. I had no worries staying here. Very clean, which was what I was most concerned about. it's a 10/10 for me(:

Friendly staff, clean facilities, and overall pleasant stay. It was one of the better hotels I've ever stayed in. If I ever traveled back to Memphis again, I would try to stay here again. My husband and I preferred to try new foods on our trip, and therefore ate out for breakfast instead of eating what the hotel provides, so I cannot really comment on the quality of the breakfast selection or food.

I had to be at a wake at 330 so I went to see if I could do a early check-in an the receptionist checked an she was nice an let me check-in early with my family..the next morning I went to get breakfast it was really good. I love the waffle maker an the coffee my family an I enjoyed the pool as well. I recommend this place I will return here again soon

The cleanliness and nice staff was a plus. The food was exceptional, It was a peaceful and stress free stay. Hopefully I will return again one day soon. I also like the fact that it had a bar in the lobby area.
